Quick-Cut refund and cancellation policies

These policies explain how Quick-Cut handles subscription billing, refunds, cancellations, account access, and trial accounts.

Quick-Cut Refund Policy

Effective Date: 15 June 2026

Quick-Cut is committed to providing reliable software for the board processing industry.

Subscription Fees

All subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Eligibility

Because Quick-Cut provides digital software services, refunds are not provided once a billing cycle has started.

Refunds may be considered in limited situations, including:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Incorrect billing caused by a technical error
  • Extended platform outages directly caused by Quick-Cut

User Input & Scan Accuracy

Quick-Cut uses AI-assisted processing to scan and interpret uploaded cut-lists. Customers are responsible for reviewing all generated calculations, quantities, and outputs before production or purchasing decisions are made.

Quick-Cut is not liable for losses resulting from:

  • Incorrect uploads
  • Poor image quality
  • Handwriting interpretation issues
  • User-entered errors
  • Unverified calculations
  • Or any inaccurate quotations

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Quick-Cut before initiating a chargeback so billing issues can be resolved directly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.


Quick-Cut Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 15 June 2026

Quick-Cut provides subscription-based software services for Cut & Edge shops and board suppliers.

Subscription Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting Quick-Cut support or through their account settings where available. support@quick-cut.co.za

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Customers will continue to have access to the platform until the subscription period expires.

No Partial Month Credits

Quick-Cut does not provide partial refunds or credits for unused subscription periods unless otherwise required by law.

Account Access After Cancellation

Once a subscription has ended:

  • Access to the Quick-Cut platform may be restricted or removed
  • Stored cut-lists, quotes, and uploaded files may be deleted after a reasonable retention period
  • Customers are responsible for exporting any required data before cancellation

Trial Accounts

Quick-Cut may offer trial access from time to time. Trial accounts may be suspended or terminated at any time without notice.

Termination by Quick-Cut

Quick-Cut reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate our Terms of Service
  • Abuse the platform
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
